Tree roots are drawn to the moisture in sewer lines and can work their way in through small cracks and joints. We remove root intrusion using appropriate mechanical cleaning and hydro jetting methods, then inspect the line to see whether repair is needed.

We identify which line is affected and find the right access point, so we are not opening up more of your home than the job needs.
Cable machine for soft blockages and roots, hydro jetting where grease or scale has coated the pipe wall. Which one we use depends on the pipe, and we will tell you why.
Once water is moving we send a camera through, and you watch the screen with us. If the pipe is fine, you have a clean bill of health. If it is not, you see exactly what is wrong.
If the camera finds something, we lay out what it would take to fix, what happens if you wait, and what it costs. Deciding on the spot is not required.

Standard drain clearing is a flat rate quoted before we start. Camera inspection is included when we clear a main line — we do not charge you to show you the evidence.

We would rather you skip them. Caustic drain openers rarely clear a full blockage, they sit in the standing water, and they make the line genuinely hazardous for whoever opens it next. If you have already used some, just tell us so we can protect ourselves accordingly.
A cable bores a channel through the blockage. Hydro jetting uses pressurized water to scour the full inside diameter of the pipe back to bare wall. Cabling is right for roots and soft obstructions; jetting is right for grease and scale build-up, and it is what keeps kitchen lines from re-clogging.
No. For a single slow bathroom sink it is overkill. We recommend it when a main line is involved, when the same drain has clogged before, or when what we pull out suggests something structural.
